After completing her treatment, Laxmi (blog case June 29) has left the care of Food for Life Vrindavan.
We would have liked to continue her rehabilitation and given her a safe place to live, however it seems she had become accustomed to living on the streets was not ready for the regulated life of Sandipani Muni Children's home and school.
Several days ago, Laxmi absconded from school and has not returned. We are happy that we were able to save her from the pain and suffering that her infected arm was causing her and show her that there are some people who care for her.
Thank you all for helping her. We will keep you updated on any further developments.
