Radha is a widow with 4 children. She lost her husband 3 years ago and ever since, she has been struggling to support her 4 children aged 16,15,14 and 12.
Radha is doing her best to look after her 4 children and she works hard to earn enough to feed them by doing sewing work but because of weak eyesight, she can not work very much and she earns only Rs 800 (US$19) per month.
Radha has no savings and has borrowed money from us to buy her children's uniforms and books etc.
She needs Rs. 15,120 (US$360) for her 4 children to attend school this academic year, including school fees and uniforms for all 4.
Please also find it within your heart to help the family with some rations, which we will supply to them.
The family needs Rs 840, (US$20) per month worth of basic food stuffs like oil, flour, dahl and salt, which is more than Radha's entire wage.
