Shivani is a widow, who lives with her brother. They are poverty-stricken. Four years back, she fell down from the roof of her house, wherein her back bone got fractured.
After visiting a local hospital and following a proper diagnosis, they referred her to a renowned hospital in Agra. She was admitted to the hospital and the operation was performed. However, she is still bed-ridden. She has been taking medicine since then, the cost of which is Rs. 1200 per month which will continue for one year.
