Manav Kumar is a five and a half year old child who leaves in a village near Govardhan,and has been suffering from Complex congenital heart disease,which will require Angio and open heart surgery.
The total cost of the procedures is approximately Two lakh seventy thousand rupees.
Manav had already gone through one heart surgery in the past,which had a successful outcome,this second part of the surgery will be the final one and it's essential for him to live a normal life.
